We work hard to provide accurate quantity inventory on the website, but sometimes it may get out of date. In such cases, we can process the order with available products and email the customer regarding estimated backorder dates. Customers can either wait or request a refund.

Shipping Costs

Our motto at Home Garden Decor is to make any delivery within the boundaries of India hassle-free for all our esteemed customers. We want you to be in a position to enjoy your purchase without the extra hassles of shipping charges within the country. For international orders, shipping expenses shall be incurred by the buyer to enable us to adhere to our commitment of cost-effective solutions while reaching out to the world.

Delivery Terms

  • Transit Time Domestically: Domestic delivery generally takes 3 – 7 Days.
  • Dispatch Time: Orders are dispatched within an average time of 1 business day after payment. Business operated from Monday to Saturday between 10am to 6pm.
  • Change Of Delivery Address: We allow address changes before dispatch.
  • Items Out Of Stock: When items are back-ordered, there will be a separate dispatch of the products upon restocking.
  • Delivery Time Exceeded: If the delivery period exceeds, please contact us and we will help you.
  • Damaged or Open Box Shipment: We take care to ensure that parcels are suitably packaged, but in case the packet is damaged or tampered with, please don’t accept the delivery. Do inform our customer service regarding this and we will guide you on further actions.

Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will be sent tracking links/details to enable them to keep a track of the status of their shipments.

Parcels Damaged In Transit

If a damaged parcel is received, rejection is possible at the time of delivery only if Oops love has been informed about it. Otherwise, customer service must be contacted with an explanation for assistance in such a case.

GST is included in the price displayed on goods.
